Return Policy
We do not accept returns on purchases with the following exceptions:
1) If you are unsatisfied with the condition of any non-certified (ungraded or authenticated by a company such as PSA, Beckett, JSA, etc.) item you have received, you must contact us within 3 business days of the receipt. Advance approval is required for possible returns. Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as received and then the item will be exchanged or refunded. 
2) All orders are checked for accuracy before being shipped, but it is still possible for mistakes to happen. If you have received an item that you did not order, simply contact us within 3 days of receipt. Once you are given approval for the return, return the merchandise in the same condition as sent, and we will exchange the item(s). In the event that we cannot exchange the items, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of said item. 
We will also refund reasonable shipping charges associated with the return or issue a shipping label at our discretion.
Sealed Packs and/or Box:
Due to the volatility of the trading card market, all sales are final unless we made an error with the order. Under certain circumstances, returns of factory sealed product may be granted but will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. However, once a sealed item (for example: a sealed booster pack, box, or set) has been opened, that item cannot be returned. There are no exceptions to this policy.
When we receive the returned item, the item will be inspected. If there are any signs of tampering the return will be refused.
